Since returning from Japan, I have been trying to get some of my work published in various journals. My work on mosquito larva behavior will not get me a Nobel prize but at least in myself I know that I am contributing to scientific knowledge rather than being a consumer on information only.
Well, the University of Papua New Guinea has a new journal online so I submitted one my work on the effect of traditionally produced coconut oil on mosquito larvae. I found out that traditionally produced coconut oil is toxic to these pests but more work still have to be done.
