Today a PNG doctor who is a specialist paediatrician graduated from The National Institute of Public Health, Japan, with a Masters in Public Health (MPH) in International Health. He is Dr Dale Frank, specialist paediatrician at Goroka Base Hospital.

I worked under him as a resident medical officer at the Port Moresby General Hospital during my peadiatrics rotation in 2001.
